Meeting held at Cedarmere Elementary at 7:00 p.m.

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

President's Remarks: Welcome to the General Meeting of the PTA and the Spring Music program. Tonight we will be voting on the PTA officers for the coming school year.

Nominating Committee: Helen McShane and the nominating committee for the PTA presented the following slate of nominees:

• President - Richard Manski
• 1st Vice President - Barney Wilson
• 2nd Vice President - Erin Lutz
• Recording Secretary - Pam Offutt
• Corresponding Secretary - Lisa Sine
• Treasurer - Esther Hoffberg

The members of the nominating committee were: Stephanie Bixler, Helen McShane, Erin Lutz, Mary Matzke and Pam Offutt

Motion: Missy Fanshaw made a motion to accept the slate of nominees as PTA officers for the 2000-2001 school year.

2nd: The motion was seconded by Debbie Shenton

Vote: All in favor
