Meeting held at Cedarmere Library at 6:45 p.m.
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m.
President's Greeting: Welcome to our first general membership meeting of the year. The primary purpose of this nights meeting is to receive and act on the budget committee's report and proposed budget.
Budget Committee Report and Proposed Budget: Esther Hoffberg presented the proposed budget, answered questions and provided clarifications as requested.
Motion to Accept Budget: A motion was made by Debbie Hack to accept the budget as proposed by the budget committee for the year 2000-2001. The motion was given a second by Barney Wilson. No discussion was requested. The motion was approved with a unanimous vote.
Adjourn: The meeting was adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
